All quotes provided through our website or by phone are non-binding estimates based on the information you provide. Final charges may vary based on:

Binding estimates or flat rates are only issued with signed contracts.
3. Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations

A deposit may be required to confirm your booking

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to weather, safety issues, or operational constraints
4. Payments

Late payments may incur additional fees or interest
5. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure all items are packed and labeled (unless using our packing service)

Secure valuables and fragile items
Alpha Moving & Storage is not liable for items not packed by our team unless clearly noted and inspected before the move.
6. Damages & Liability

Claims for damages must be submitted in writing within 7 days of your move

Some items may not be covered (e.g., particleboard furniture, plants, cash, jewelry)
Liability is limited as outlined in our bill of lading and state regulations.
