Using Professional Movers to Pack and Prepare your Items
Professional movers will be able to make sure all the valuable items, electronic equipment and furniture in your house will be properly packed. The Alpha Moving and Storage employees all have many years of experience in handling both simple and complex packing issues.
Most of the time, investing in full packing services will be well worth it, as it will help you to avoid damages that are likely to incur when self packing is involved. The movers can also arrive a day before the actual moving date for a separate day of packing. This way, on the moving date, they will be able to immediately start loading the truck as soon as they arrive to your house. Especially for larger moves, which require a lot of packing, this is a very convenient method of moving.
Broadening your Insurance Options
If you do your own packing, you can only receive the basic valuation insurance, which is usually sixty cents per pound, per item. Full packing allows you to obtain full coverage and more comprehensive insurance.
